If you want to make phone calls without having a full blown phone book application, you can use our Mini Dialer window. This dialer is also very easy to integrate into other applications by simply passing the number to be called within the URL. Automatic number conditioning is the same as with the main phone book application.
If your SIP phones already support this advanced feature, you may even initiate and cancel calls while your telephone is on hook. Not having to touch any button on your phone is ideal for call center applications or for hands-off operation with an headset. For this to work it is not required to set your phone to automatically answer all phone calls without confirmation.
