Callers known to the database are automatically shown by name instead of telephone number on the SIP phone displays and in the call detail list. Telephone numbers and names may be searched and numbers can be dialed with a click of a button, even if your SIP phone is on hook. There is also a mini dialer available for click-to-dial integration with other applications.
