This opens up the mobile menus that are optimized for the very small display area of 240x320 pixels. This screen resolution is popular with modern PDAs and smartphones based on Pocket Internet Explorer that comes with Windows 2003 Mobile and Windows 2005 Mobile operating systems. There are additional submenus for Phonebook, Calling History and Voicemail. Even though the visual arrangement differs somewhat from the desktop browser menus, the internal working of all functions is identical and should be self explanatory.
The Voicemail playback functions are especially adapted to the peculiarities of Microsoft Pocket Internet Explorer (pIE) and they will work right out of the box without any modification or add-ons on your PDA. As a consequence you cannot expect for all PDA functions to work as expected on W3C standards compliant browsers such as Mozilla Firefox.
